Terms & Conditions
1. PurSoft Mid Autumn Festival (“Campaign”) is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of the date of participation, except for employees and their immediate family members, participating retailers/ distributors and related agencies of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”).

2. Entry into the Campaign by any person is construed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. This Campaign is being held from 5 Aug - 11 Sep 2024 (“Campaign Period”).

4. In-store Purchase: Redeem one (1) piece Gin Thye White Lotus Paste Mooncake (worth $15) with every $15 Instore-purchase of PurSoft products.
Participating supermarkets:
i. Cold Storage
ii. FairPrice
iii. Giant
iv. Sheng Siong
(a) If a customer spends $30 in a single receipt on PurSoft products, they can redeem 2 pcs of mooncake​.
(b) One receipt is only entitled to one redemption. There is no limitation on the number of submissions per household.
5. Online Purchase: Purchase min. $32 Online-purchase of PurSoft products in a single receipt to redeem two (2) pieces of Gin Thye White Lotus Paste Mooncake (worth $30).

iii. Shopee Supermarket
Note: Customers do not need to submit receipts via the online form for online purchases. A redemption letter (subject to availability) will be automatically added to the cart upon reaching $32 of PurSoft products.
6. The validity date of all participating receipts/orders must be between 5 Aug - 11 Sep 2024.
7. Receipt(s) must be submitted via the online form at https://www.pursoft.com.sg/midautum2024 by 16 Sep 2024, 2359Hrs

8. All receipts with incomplete information will be voided. The participating receipt/tax invoice/order details must clearly show the following:
a) Retailer Name & Outlet Address
b) PurSoft products with a min. purchase of $15 (In-store)
c) Date of purchase
d) Transaction / Receipt Number
9. After the submitted form is verified, a redemption letter will be sent via email​ within 3 working days. All redemption letters are strictly issued on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.
10. Email address submitted by the participant is deemed as accurate as of submission. The Organiser will not be liable for any wrong email addresses entered.

12. If the redemption date has been missed, you can visit *Gin Thye Store at 427 Sembawang Rd, Singapore 758394, before 30 Sep 2024 to redeem. Kindly inquire with Gin Thye (Tel: 6257 1566) for information regarding their operating hours.

13. The default option is the White Lotus Paste Mooncake. If customers prefer an alternative flavor, an additional top-up will be required upon redemption. No refunds will be made for lower-value selection.
14. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any damaged item upon redemption.
15.All redemption items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
16. All items are accurate at the point of printing. Subjected to unforeseen Government regulations, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes with similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

17. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
18. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned.
19. The Organiser reserves the right to gather personal information from each participant for the administration of the promotion, notification, and verification of successful participants. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and unconditionally accept that the Organizer may utilize the details provided in this form for marketing purposes. It may be necessary to disclose your personal information to trusted third parties to facilitate the administration of this promotion. Failure to furnish the required information will result in the Organizer's inability to notify and verify your particulars, leading to disqualification from the promotion.
