1. PurSoft Free Multipurpose Pouch (“Campaign”) is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of the date of participation, except for employees and their immediate family members, participating retailers/ distributors and related agencies of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”).
 

2. Entry into the Campaign by any person is construed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 

3. This Campaign is being held from 26 Dec 2024 - 12 Feb 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
 

4. In-store Purchase: Redeem one (1) free Multipurpose Pouch (worth $18) with min. $28 in-store purchase of PurSoft products.

Participating supermarkets:
i. Cold Storage
ii. FairPrice
iii. Giant
iv. Sheng Siong
 

5. One receipt is only entitled to one redemption. There is no limitation on the number of submissions per household.
 

6. Online Purchase: Redeem one (1) free Multipurpose Pouch (worth $18) with min. $38 Online Purchase of PurSoft products.
Participating supermarkets:
i. Amazon SG
ii. Fairprice Online
iii. RedMart

NOTE:
Fairprice Online & Amazon SG: Customers will need to submit receipts via the online form. 

RedMart: Customers do not need to submit receipts via the online form. The Multipurpose Pouch will automatically be added to the cart upon reaching $38 of PurSoft products. 
 

7. The validity date of all participating receipts/orders must be between 26 Dec 2024 - 12 Feb 2025.
 

8. Receipt(s) must be submitted via the online form at https://www.pursoft.com.sg/cny-2025-pouch by 17 Feb 2025, 2359Hrs

All receipts with incomplete information will be voided. The participating receipt must clearly show the following:
i. Retailer Name & Outlet Address
ii. PurSoft products with a min. purchase of $28 (In-store)
iii. PurSoft products with a min. purchase of $38 (Amazon SG & FairPrice Online)
iv. Date of purchase
v. Transaction / Receipt Number

9. The final purchased amount on PurSoft products must reflect min. $28/$38 (depending on retailer platform) after all applicable discounts have been applied to the purchased products. If the total discounted amount falls below the required amount, the receipt will not qualify.

 

10. Customers are required to keep the participating receipt until the confirmation email has been received. 
 

11. After the submitted form is verified, please allow up to 14 working days for the multipurpose pouch to be mailed to the residential address entered in the entry form.
 

12. The residential address submitted by the participant is deemed as accurate as of submission. Delivery is restricted to Singapore addresses only. The Organiser will not be liable for any wrong addresses entered. 
 

13, Colours of the pouch will be given randomly. While stocks last.
 

14. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
 

15. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any damaged item upon redemption.
 

16. All redemption items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
 

17. All items are accurate at the point of printing. Subjected to unforeseen Government regulations, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes with similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
 

18. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
 

19. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned.
 

20. The Organiser reserves the right to gather personal information from each participant for the administration of the promotion, notification, and verification of successful participants. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and unconditionally accept that the Organizer may utilise the details provided in this form for marketing purposes. It may be necessary to disclose your personal information to trusted third parties to facilitate the administration of this promotion. Failure to furnish the required information will result in the Organizer's inability to notify and verify your particulars, leading to disqualification from the promotion.
