PurSoft Plushie with Reusable Tote Bag (“Campaign”) is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of the date of participation, except for employees and their immediate family members, participating retailers/ distributors and related agencies of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”). Entry into the Campaign by any person is construed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.​

 

1. Campaign Period

1.1) This Campaign is valid from 3 September 2026 to 11 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).

2. Participating Retailers & Campaign Mechanics

2.1) In-store Retailers:

• Mechanics:

  • A: Spend a min. $20 in a single receipt on PurSoft products to qualify for 1x Plushie with Reusable Tote Bag

  • B: Spend a min. $30 in a single receipt on PurSoft products to qualify for 1x Plushie with Reusable Tote Bag + 1x lucky draw chance to win $50 GrabGifts Voucher.
     

• Redemption: Requires online form submission with a valid physical receipt.

 

2.2) Lucky Draw Mechanics ($50 GrabGifts Voucher)

• Qualifying B reward entries submitted via the online form will automatically enter the Weekly Lucky Draw.

 

•  A total of 25 winners will be drawn across the Campaign period, with 5 winners selected weekly.

• Weekly winners will be announced every Monday on PurSoft’s official designated campaign site.

 

• Each qualified receipt is entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw entry. Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying single receipt.

 

• The email address submitted by the participant shall be deemed accurate as of the date of submission. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is valid and accurate.

 

• Winners will receive their $50 GrabGifts Voucher directly via the email address provided in their entry form. If a prize delivery fails due to an invalid email address or non-delivery, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize, and no replacement or alternate winners will be drawn to replace any forfeited prizes.

3. In-store Receipts Submission & Verification

3.1) For In-store purchases, participants must submit their receipts via the designated online form by 14 Oct 2026, 23:59 Hrs. Late submissions will not be entertained.

3.2) Submitted receipts must clearly show the following details:

a. Retailer Name

b. Qualifying PurSoft products meeting the min. spend $20 or $30 after all eligible discounts

c. Transaction / Receipt number

d. Purchase Date (must fall within the Campaign Period)

3.3) The final nett purchased amount on PurSoft products must reflect the required min. spend ($20 or $30) after all applicable discounts and vouchers have been applied. If the net amount falls below the required threshold, the receipt will be disqualified.

3.4) One (1) single receipt entitles the participant to one (1) redemption only. There is no limitation on the number of submissions per household.

3.5) All receipts with incomplete, illegible, or altered information will be deemed void.

​

3.6) Accumulation or combination of multiple receipts to meet the minimum spend is strictly not allowed. Each entry must be backed by a single qualifying receipt.

 

4. Fulfillment & Delivery (For In-store Form Submissions)

4.1) After the submitted form is verified, please allow up to 14 working days for the Plushie with Reusable Tote Bag to be mailed to the residential address entered in the entry form.

4.2) The residential address submitted by the participant is deemed as accurate as of submission. Delivery is restricted to Singapore addresses only. The Organiser will not be liable for any wrong or incomplete addresses entered.

4.3) Plushie with Reusable Tote Bag designs will be issued randomly, first-come, first-served basis and strictly while stocks last. The Organiser is not obligated to fulfill redemptions once the allocated stock quota has been reached.

4.4) All redemption items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

​

4.5) The Organiser will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items upon delivery/redemption.

 

5. General Terms

5.1) All items are accurate at the point of printing. Subject to unforeseen Government regulations or stock availability, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the items with other items of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5.2) The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign for any reason, including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent submissions.

5.3) The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned.

 

6. Privacy & Personal Data Protection

6.1) By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and unconditionally accept that the Organiser may gather and utilize personal details provided in this form for administration, fulfillment, notification, verification, and marketing purposes.

6.2) It may be necessary to disclose your personal information to trusted third parties to facilitate the administration and fulfillment of this promotion. Failure to furnish the required information will result in the Organiser's inability to verify particulars, leading to disqualification.
